Akuvox Cloud || Akuvox offline setup (Auto Discovery) || Web GUI

Non cloud devices will search the local network for other devices and self add to contact lists. To configure this you will need to go to the advanced network settings of the local web interface. 

Type the IP address of the device into a web browser. The default credentials are admin / admin.

Navigate to the Advanced network tab.

The default is 1.1.1.1 which is Building 1, Floor 1, APT 1, and Monitor 1. You may change this to match your configuration or disable the discovery mode.
