There are a few ways to assign RF cards to cloud users. It is important to understand that there are 2 types of users within an Akuvox system. There is local which is created on the device itself, and cloud which is created on the cloud. This will focus on cloud users.
The two ways to add are DURING account creation and AFTER account creation.
NOTE: HID Card format 26-bit H10301 is not supported.
During
Fill out the user information then click "next" to continue.
Add the PIN and Card Number
Be sure to click "submit" at the bottom of the page when finished.
Initially follow the same steps as above to create the user excluding the RF card entry. When the user is added, please follow the steps below.
Start by downloading the RF Card Template
Open the file and fill in the information. Please note that for the "People" column you will use ID for an OFFICE scenario and Email for a COMMUNITY scenario.
Save the file and click the "Import RF Card" found right next to the template from the previous step.
Please not that this will not overwrite any existing cards that have already been added to the user(s) but rather add another one.
