Akuvox Devices Loses Cloud Registration - Doorphones, Indoor Monitors, Access Control
Q. Why Akuvox devices never register to cloud property.
Make sure devices have an internet connection and are not behind a firewall?
Reboot the Akuvox Device if there is a verified internet connection.
If the reboot doesn’t work then Factory Default the device.
Make sure the correct MAC address is in the cloud property.
Q. Why did existing Akuvox devices Lose cloud Registration?
Possible power outage or router power cycled.
Akuvox devices have static IP after network or power outage causing IP Conflict. (Set DHCP to acquire new IP)
Managed network with new firewall rules.
