Akuvox General || Call Forwarding

Users have the option to set up Call Forwarding to another number from the device’s Web Interface.

  • For this example we will be using a Door Phone to call an Indoor Monitor.

 

Scenario: 

After the call rings for a set amount of time, and is not answered, the Indoor Monitor will proceed to forward the call to a SmartPlus app User.

  • E18 Door Phone with Speed Dial to call Indoor Monitor’s SIP number.  (example pictured below)

 

             *  note: An IP address may also be used for the target value. *




How to configure Call Forwarding from the device’s Web Portal  

                          To apply the forwarding feature, navigate to:

Phone  >  Call Feature  >  Forward Transfer  > No Answer Forward

 

  • C313 Indoor Monitor with an SIP Number assigned for the SmartPlus app User. (example pictured below)
