How to Register 3rd party SIP Account on Akuvox Door Phones
NOTE: SIP-based Akuvox intercom devices can integrate many third-party SIP server brands. Usually, we register a SIP server to implement SIP calls among multiple devices in different networks.
Note: If you want to register SIP accounts of third-party devices, obtain the following information from third-party service providers.
Server IP
Port
Register Name
User Name
Password
We take the door phone R29 and indoor monitor IT88 for example.
Enter the device IP in a browser and log into the web interface with the username and password. The default is admin/admin.
Go to Account > Basic interface. It appears UnRegistered in the Status box when the SIP account is not registered.
Enter the Server’s IP address or its URL shown in PBX.
Note
PBX feature is only applicable to C317, C319, IT88, IT83, X933 and S567.
Check Server IP and Port in Akuvox Indoor Monitors.
Navigate to
System Setting > More > PBX screen in C317 and IT83.
System Setting > Advance Settings > PBX screen in IT88, C319, X933, and S567.
The default password to enter the Advance Settings is 123456.
You can set up Preferred SIP Server and Alternate SIP Server as a backup for the device to achieve call sessions through SIP servers between intercom devices.

Account 1 is usually used to access Akuvox Cloud.
Account 2 is recommended to register an SIP account.
Note
