Akuvox General || Voice Assistant

Albert is a Voice Assistant from Akuvox. 

The Voice Assistant may be configured for intercom calls, door opening, arming modes, and other functions.

Voice Command: "Albert" followed by "Open Door"

To enable the Voice Assistant and configure the voice controlled relay, log in to the devices web portal and navigate to:

                                       Settings > Voice Assistant 

Note:

• In case the User wants to answer or reject calls without having to press the button locally:

                From the Local Interface Screen on the indoor monitor,

                     select Settings > Voice Assistant

Use the slider to enable this feature.

Answer Call Permission: Enable it to answer or reject the incoming call via voice assistant by replying "Yes" or "No".

• With this enabled and a call is initiated, it will ring the monitor  prompting a choice to answer or reject the call. 

Voice Command “Albert” followed by stating “Open Door” will activate the relay remotely on the door phone.

Note:

• The Door Phone may continue ringing if the door was unlocked without the call being answered. 

• To remedy this situation, please check the device's call feature configuration via the web portal.

Note:

•    All devices involved must have the latest version of high security firmware installed.

•   High Security Mode may need to be disabled for   remote unlocking to be successful.
