How to Check Offline Devices on AK Partner APP
The number of offline devices will be displayed in the upper menu.
You can tap Offline Devices to see the device name and location.
Single-tenant Projects

On the home page, tap
of the desired project to enter the detail page or enter the device name in the upper search box.

Tap the desired device to enter the setting page.

Tap
to edit or delete the device information. You can reset, reboot, upgrade, and perform AutoP for the device on the same page.
Community/Office Projects

On the home page, tap
of the desired project to enter the detail page or enter the device name in the upper search box.

Tap the desired device to enter the setting page. You can also find the device by navigating to the location where the device is installed.

Tap
to edit or delete the device information. You can reset, reboot, upgrade, and perform AutoP for the device on the same page.
