Fixing SmartPSS Lite Display Resolution Issue(Windows PC)
After installing SmartPSS Lite onto your windows computer, you may experience this message prompt when opening up the software:
Continuing to open the application will obscure the edges of SmartPSS Lite, preventing the selection of certain settings.
To fix this issue, check your computer’s display settings. Right click on the desktop to bring up display settings.
Please check your Display Scale and Resolution settings. It is preferable to set them to their “(Recommended)” settings. Scale percentages higher than 100% will most likely cause a SmartPSS Lite display issue.
If adjusting these settings does not fix the issue, you may try adjusting the SmartPSS Lite Compatibility settings. Right click on the SmartPSS Lite icon on your desktop. Click on “Properties.”
This window will appear. Click on “Compatibility.” Then click on “Change high DPI settings.”
Click the check box located next to “High DPI scaling override.” Then select “System” from the drop down menu directly below. Click OK and then “Apply.” Click OK once again and reopen SmartPSS Lite.
