The latest baseline update for the Diamond AIoT Console introduces support for the Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP), allowing NVRs to report basic device information to the DoLynk Care platform. This feature enhances the ability to manage and configure NVRs remotely by providing essential details such as the serial number, equipment model, category, and profile picture. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to enable and use the LLDP feature on the DoLynk Care platform.

How to Enable LLDP on DoLynk Care
Step 1: Access the Topology Page
- On the DoLynk Care platform, navigate to the Site > Topology page.
- Click on the relevant icon to open the sub-page where LLDP settings can be configured, as shown in the accompanying interface image.
Step 2: Enable LLDP for All Supported Devices
- On the Topology page, click Enable All to activate LLDP for all devices within the topology that support this function.
- Once enabled, the NVRs will begin reporting their basic device information to the DoLynk Care platform, making it accessible for configuration and management.
