The Diamond AIoT Console's latest update brings significant improvements to POS (Point of Sale) performance, particularly benefiting the retail industry, including supermarkets and convenience stores.     • POS overlay text can be displayed in live view for up to 16 window splits, providing a clear and organized view of ongoing transactions across multiple channels.

How to Utilize Improved POS Performance

Step 1: Configure POS Access

  • Navigate to the Main Menu > Setting > POS> POS Setting

Step 2: Set Up POS Channels

  • Configure up to 32 POS channels by assigning each POS device to a specific channel in the system. Ensure that the devices are correctly integrated to capture and display transaction data.

Step 3: Monitor POS Data on Live View

  • In the Live View interface, select a window layout with 16 splits or fewer to display the POS text overlay.
  • The system will automatically display transaction data from the connected POS devices, including commodity names, quantities, and amounts, in real-time.

Step 4: Review and Manage Transactions

  • Use the live view to monitor sales activity and ensure that all transactions are being accurately recorded and displayed. This real-time monitoring helps in quickly identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
