The Diamond AIoT Console has introduced support for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) detection via front-end devices. This feature allows users to configure PPE attributes, manage events related to PPE detection, and search for these events efficiently. 1. PPE Detection Capabilities

• Equipment Attributes Configuration:
  • The system allows for detailed configuration of PPE attributes, ensuring that specific safety requirements are monitored.

  • Users can accept and manage PPE detection events, providing better oversight and control over workplace safety.
• Event Searching:
  • The new baseline supports efficient searching of PPE-related events, making it easier to review compliance or identify issues.

How to Configure and Use PPE Detection

Step 1: Access PPE Detection Settings

• Go to the Event page in the Diamond AIoT Console.
• Click on AI Setting > PPE Detection to begin configuring the PPE detection rules.

Step 2: Draw Detection Rules

• Use the interface to draw the rule areas where PPE detection should be enforced. This allows for precise monitoring of critical zones.

Step 3: Set PPE Parameters

• Under Parameters, click to configure the specific PPE attributes that need to be detected. This may include items like helmets, vests, gloves, etc.
• 

Step 4: Search for PPE Events

• Navigate to the Search page.
• Click on AI Search > Face Detection to begin searching for PPE detection events.
• Select Parameters: Choose the required parameters and check the search results to identify compliance or violations.

• Support for Two Alarm Types:
  • Match Attributes Alarm: Triggers when PPE attributes match the configured parameters.
  • Mismatch Attributes Alarm: Triggers when there is a deviation from the required PPE attributes.
• Rule Area Management:
  • The system supports both the drawing and deletion of rule areas, allowing users to easily manage the zones where PPE detection is active.
• Consistent Attributes with IPC:
  • The attributes configured for PPE detection are obtained from the IPC (Internet Protocol Camera) and remain consistent, ensuring accurate detection and event reporting.
