The Diamond AIoT Console's Alarm Info Hint feature provides timely notifications of alarms on both the local and web interfaces. This feature allows users to quickly access and view events, messages, and related video footage with just one click, significantly improving the user experience. This guide explains how to utilize the Alarm Info Hint feature to manage and respond to alarm notifications efficiently.

1. Real-Time Alarm Notifications
- Immediate Access:
- The Alarm Info Hint feature provides instant notifications of alarms. Users can access alarm details and related video footage directly from the live page or main menu.
- Icon Notification:
- The alarm information icon in the console is highlighted when new alarms are received. The number in the upper-right corner of the icon indicates the count of unread alarm messages. When there are no unread messages, the icon appears greyed out.
2. One-Click Event Access
- Quick Event Viewing:
- Users can click the alarm information icon to immediately view real-time alarm messages and associated events. This feature supports checking the time, event details, and recorded footage, all from a single interface.

How to Use the Alarm Info Hint Feature

- On the LIVE page or the main menu, keep an eye on the alarm information icon.
- When the icon is highlighted and shows a number in the upper-right corner, it indicates the presence of unread alarm messages.
Step 2: Access Alarm Info Page
- Click the highlighted alarm information icon to enter the Alarm Info page.
- Here, you can view all real-time alarm messages, including the time of the event, event type, and associated video footage.
Step 3: Review and Manage Alarms
- In the Alarm Info page, review the details of each alarm by clicking on the event.
- You can also configure the system to alert you only to specific types of events by adjusting the settings within this interface.
