Diamond IPC || Setting Up Auto Tracking PTZ New Interface || Web GUI

Begin by accessing the Web GUI of the PTZ camera and select the setting icon in the upper right of the web page.


 

Select PTZ and adjust where you would like to set the home position of your cameras view. Then "Add Preset" and then click the save icon to save your home position of preset1.




 

Next click on the home icon and select Ai to start the configuration for auto tracking with IVS.




 

Next click on "+ Preset" then enable "IVS" and click next.


 

Click on the blue text of "IVS"


 

Click on "Add Rule" with your desired Preset selected and select the Ai Rule Type you would like to use.




 

Once the rule has been added, provide an area for the rule and select appropriate settings for your trigger options.***Take note that the "Auto Tracking" option is Enabled*** ie: Event Linkage, Target type

Then hit apply.


 

Note the PTZ will not start to track if the small "lock" icon is locked.
