Diamond Mobile APP || Unbind device from DMSS Account

How to unbind a Diamond series device with DMSS. There are two parts to this guide.

 

Part 1. Take a picture of the sticker that is physically on the device.

 

 

 

Part 2. Open the DMSS app and make sure you are signed into the account you wish to take over the device. You can verify if you are signed in by tapping on “ME” and looking at the top of the page. If you are logged in, you will see a username.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go back to the home screen and then tap the “+” at the top right of the page. Scan the QR code located on the sticker or in the P2P menu of the device.

 

 

Tap on “account” and then “next”

You may leave the security code blank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will be met with this screen. Tap on “Appeal”

 

 

Attach the image from Part 1 to BOTH locations.

 

 

Please note that the appeal process can take up to 24 hours.
