Problem: ENS Station is uninstalled then reinstalled, but it still has the previous user name and password. Something is still saving the credentials.
Symptoms: When you launch ENS Station with or without admin mode, the icon appears on the taskbar as if it were open, but the program doesn't appear on the screen when you click it to display.
How to Correct It:
Find the ENS Station folder: The files associated with ENS Station are located in the app data folder. You can find this folder by navigating to Local Disk > Users > Public > ENS Station.
Delete the entire ENS Station folder: This is where the app data is stored, and deleting the entire folder will remove all saved credentials.
Check for remaining files: Make sure that ENS Station has been completely removed from your computer by searching for any remaining files or folders associated with it.
Restart your computer: This will ensure that all changes take effect.
Reinstall ENS Station: After you've removed all of the old files, reinstall ENS Station.
Set up a new user name and password: During the installation process, you will be prompted to set up a new user name and password. Make sure to use new credentials that you haven't used before.
Launch ENS Station: Try launching ENS Station again to see if it appears on your screen.
Restart your computer: If ENS Station still doesn't appear, try restarting your computer again and launching the program.
