How To Share a Device from Emerald account on ENS View
(This demonstration was done on an iPhone 12 with Software version 16.1)
1) First Open the ENS View app and tap on the menu button on the top left corner
2) In the menu that appears, tap on “Devices”
3) Inside the Devices List, select the menu button (1) and then tap on “share” (2).
4) A menu list will appear. From here we can select either the entire system or individual cameras to share. Immediately after making a selection we will have the option to share with another account.
5) On this screen we will enter the account we’re going to share with
6) Select the “Share to” prompt and type in either the User name or the email registered to the account
7) After entering the profile information we will be sharing with, we can now define the time frame this account has permission to connect to the device as well as access to live view, two way audio and playback.
8) To view the accounts that have been shared access. First go to the main menu and tap on the “Me” profile.
9) Then tap on “My Sharing”
10) Here you can see which accounts and what devices are shared (user name in blue is blurred for this demo).
