1) First Open the ENS 8000 program and click on Remote Playback from the main menu.
2) In remote playback we will begin by selecting the System(1) that will have the recordings we want. Then on the drop down camera list we select the camera we will review (2). Notice that there is a red check beside the camera. Lastly we will select the calendar (3) on the top of this window to specify time and date. Clicking on the calendar will bring up the calendar window.
3) . With the Calendar window open, we can select a starting date on the left calendar and the ending date will be on the right (available dates will have a blue check mark). You can be time specific with “start time, end time” options on the bottom. Once your selection is complete click on the OK button
4) Now we should be able to see the playback of the selected time. At the bottom of the screen will be the progress bar with a slider that we can use to move back and forth in time.
5) There are two methods of backing up footage. The first will be clipping the selected footage that we’ve previously selected. For this make sure you’ve clicked on the specific camera that you want to clip and then click on the scissors Icon.
6) Clicking on the scissors icon will prompt this Clip window. Here you can determine the start time, end time and name the file that will be downloaded. When finished adjusting these parameters click on ok and the file will download.
7) The Downloaded file will then pop up on the bottom right hand corner of the screen when it is complete.
8) The Second Method of backing up footage will be clicking on the “Download” icon instead of the Scissors.
9) Here you can automatically download footage without having to review it in real time. You would select the cameras you want by clicking on the red check mark box and then specifying the time-frame of each camera.
After making your selection, you can now click on the download button on the bottom of the screen.
10) Just like using the scissors method before, there will be a pop up on the bottom of the screen when the download is complete.
