Use a cable stripper to remove the cable jacket and expose the twisted pair wires.
Untwist the cables, you will see 4 pairs of twisted cable pairs: Orange / White Orange, Green / White Green, Blue / White Blue, and Brown / White Brown
We will be crimping the cable to the T568B standard.
WhiteOrange / White / WhiteGreen / Blue / WhiteBlue / Green / WhiteBrown / Brown
Start with the Orange pair and straighten out the wires.
Do the same with the rest of the wires and line them up accordingly.
Grab your RJ45 connector with the gold “teeth” pins facing upward. Insert the wires, making sure each cable lines up.
Push the wires through, they will “pass through” the end of the connector and come out the other side.
Use a Passthrough crimping tool to snip the exposed wire.
Your final product will look like a standard RJ45 connection
Do this on the other end of your cable. To test, insert both connectors into a cable tester. If you have lined up the wires with the right pins, your cable tester will read PASS.
