At ENS Security, the security and privacy of the devices we distribute are paramount. We strive to implement robust procedures for password resets, with the objective of maintaining the highest levels of security and ensuring our customers' experiences are seamless.
We engage directly with businesses and might not always have a direct relationship with the end-users. As a result:
- If an end user approaches us seeking access to a device, we will directly liaise with the original purchaser for their approval.
- If approval is not granted, the end user will be redirected to the original purchaser for additional clarification.
ENS Security only has the authority to reset equipment that we have directly sold. Even if a device appears similar or identical to what we distribute, if it was not purchased from us, we cannot and will not undertake any password reset actions on it.
By proceeding with a password reset or any associated action, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
ENS Security provides no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied, about the security, functionality, or performance of the reset procedure.
ENS Security expressly disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the password reset procedure.
By requesting a password reset, you waive any and all claims, now known or later discovered, that you might have against ENS Security relating to such resets.
Your security is of the utmost importance to us, and while we are diligent in our efforts, we appreciate your understanding that ENS Security cannot bear liability for unforeseen circumstances or vulnerabilities that may arise. We strongly recommend maintaining up-to-date security protocols and practices in conjunction with our services.
