General || Installing AnyDesk on Mac

This guide will cover installing Anydesk on a MAC using the Safari browser.

 

Step 1: Open Safari and navigate to anydesk.com. Click on the “Download Now” button.

 

Step 2: Open the download file and then click “open”.

 

Step 3: Drag the Anydesk icon to the applications folder.

 

Step 4: Open the Anydesk Application, and click “Configure” under “Configuration Permissions”

 

 

Step 5: “Security and Privacy” window will open up. Click the lock located at the bottom left of the window. Locate “Screen recording” from the left side menu and click the box next to “AnyDesk” on the right.

 

Step 6: Now find “Accessibility” from the left side and then click the box next to “AnyDesk”

 

 

Step 7: Re-open the AnyDesk application and give the technician the 9 digit address.
