https://cloud-us.ruijienetworks.com/ cloud login page. You will create an account or login to your existing account. Once there you will see your home page with Projects on the top of the page
Select Projects and choose the appropriate project.
Then you will go to Device where all the devices in that specific project will be displayed. There you’ll see where the current Firmware Version of your devices and that is where you will compare current firmware from Ruijie website to the cloud.

https://www.ruijienetworks.com/products then you would find your device and scroll half way down to the Documents section and check the current firmware. If more current firmware then need to be on the cloud or IP to download the most current firmware
If the Current Firmware does not match the cloud download and upload to cloud.
Select Version
Personal Version
Upload Version File
Select your file from your computer and wait for the Firmware to complete
