First log into your account and choose your project

After choosing the correct project and on the topology page there are two ways to get into the clients list

Left side: Clients tab

Right side: Phone/computer symbol with drop down tab

 

This will bring you into the Clients list where you can see the information where you can see the SSID the client is connected to (red arrow) and which access point the client is connected to (green arrow) and more.
