To get Internet access wirelessly you will first need to create an SSID to broadcast the Public or Private Wireless Internet

 

First step will be to log in to your cloud management portal

Go to projects and then select the project you would like to create and SSID for

SSID will appear under quick actions on the right hand side

 

 

 

 

 

Select SSID and then in the SSID page you will select ADD SSID

Name your SSID and the Frequency you would like to be broadcasted and then ensure you select and Encryption method before moving to the Advanced options

 

Note:

  • Leaving Advanced options is ideal but the main option to note here is the VLAN you would like this SSID to be a part of

  • This is also where you can hide the SSID, Create Speed Limits and Setup Captive Portal

 

 

Your SSID is now created and you Wireless Router or Access Point will broadcast your new SSID
