In the event that your network is having issues with connectivity and you want to do troubleshooting or just to simply monitor your network, AI Diagnostics is fast, reliable and will give you suggestions on troubleshooting devices.


First log into your project


 

In the workspace select AI Diagnostics

 

Select Diagnose and allow for the scan to take place


 

Any issue that is found will show on the screen and you can then choose to see the Details of the issue

 

In the details it will give you the issue found and minor troubleshooting steps you can complete to fix or ignore your network issues
