Titanium ENS TI Cloud || Setting up accounts and adding device || WEB GUI

In order to use the ENS TI Cloud, a partner account needs to be created for installer. Please reach out to Erick Milicich for ENS Ti Cloud partner account creation. You will need to provide the installers Customer ID and email address. This email address will be used to login and they will be sent an email with the password for the account.

They will need to log into the partner account we created for them at https://ensti-partner.enssecurity.com/

Go to account management and select "Customer". Create a VMS account by clicking "Invite VMS Administrator" For the EU.

They will create a username and set the account email for the EU and it will send an email to the EU account.

The EU will need to check their email and register their information to complete the account creation process.

Once this account is created it can be used to login to the ENS TI Cloud app and website: https://ensti.enssecurity.com/#/login

The user can then create a site and add the recorder to the EU account by going to Setting -> Device -> Add Device

The NAT QR code S/N and security code will be needed in order to add the NVR to the cloud account. Only NAT 2.0 is supported. A site will need to be created for the recorder when adding the first device to an account.

If they want to share that recorder with the installer they can go to the ENS Ti Cloud mobile app MY -> My installer -> Add Hosting, to share the recorder with the installer account.

Cloud storage can be managed and purchased with the EU account on the ENS Ti Cloud website.
