Close any active browsers running the plugin.
Navigate to C:\Program Files


Locate WebClient_* Plugins and right click and delete.
There are several plugin variants based on model and firmware version. It is safe to delete all and simple to reinstall as you login to units.

Legacy 3.0 ED Series
Close any active browsers running the plugin.
Navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Right click and delete.

If you receive a cannot delete error because the file is open in a program:
Open Task Manager
End the Internet Explorer task.
