ONVIF profile issue with Titanium Cameras with firmware version 5.1.2 and older

Cameras with firmware 5.1.2 or older have an issue with ONVIF profiles. By default the cameras will have an ONVIF profile named "admin" and will have the privileges set to "Normal User". This profile will not be accessible even when the user name and password is correct.

Changing the password to this account will have no effect when users attempt to use the profile to login via an IPC tester or when they cross product lines and have to use the ONFIV profile due to the profile password change not taking effect.

Deleting the profile and creating a profile with the same user name and password will correct the issue (workaround), If camera is defaulted the ONFIV profile will be defaulted to its original state and the workaround will not longer work and the profile will have to be deleted and created again.

Updating firmware to 5.1.3 will correct the issue
