Titanium IPC || Setting Up License Plate Recognition || Web GUI
You will need a Titanium NVR and Titanium IP Camera that support the License plate Recognition function.
Select “Function Panel” on the main page after logging in.
After selecting “Function Panel”, select the “Camera” option.
Add Camera on the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click on Add Manually.

Click on Function Panel and LPR under AI/Event
Tick Enable under LPR - Detection. You can leave other settings as default or change accordingly.
LPR function supports Successful recognition and Strange plate. And what to trigger when the conditions meet.
Below is an example of Successful recognition. Please note to select the schedule as required, by default it is none.
Below is an example of Strange plate recognition configuration.
Plate database is where you can create plate group.
You enter the known plate for successful recognition.
If you would like to see a live display of LPR working properly or not, you will need to use Local GUI.
Please enable the Target Detection on the LPR camera video pane.
Live Display of License Plate Recognition. You can see Successful as plate recognized is matching the plate registered in plate database.
Strange plate as this is not a registered plate.
