Titanium Mobile App || Adding Doorbell ED-DB2-IC-W to Superlive Plus app

Setting Up a Video Doorbell Using Mobile App:

Prepare Your Phone:

  • Enable the Wi-Fi network on your phone.
  • Open your phone's app store and search for "Superlive Plus." Install the mobile app on your phone.

Log In or Register:

  • Launch the "Superlive Plus" app.
  • Log in to your existing account. If you don't have an account, register and log in.
  • Access the server list interface within the app.

Prepare Video Doorbell:

  • Power on your video doorbell.

Add Device:

  • In the app's server list interface, tap the circle with the 3 dots and "Add Device."

  • Scan the QR code located on the back of the video doorbell or log into the doorbell through the web browser.

      • Log into the doorbell
      • Config --> System --> Basic Information

Configure Wi-Fi:

  • Proceed to the Wi-Fi configuration interface by tapping "Add."
  • Wait for the doorbell's indicator to turn a solid blue.
  • Check the box that says "Confirmed that…".
  • Tap "Next Step."

Enter Wi-Fi Key:

  • Enter the Wi-Fi network key (password).
  • Tap "Next Step."

Join Wi-Fi Network:

  • Join the Wi-Fi network by tapping "Join."

Automatic Addition to Server List:

  • After completing the previous steps, the doorbell will be automatically added to the server list in the app.

Notes:

  1. Wi-Fi Setup Considerations:

    • Do not connect the network cable to the Ethernet connector of the device during Wi-Fi setup.
    • Make sure your mobile phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
    • Ensure the video doorbell remains within the coverage area of your mobile phone's signal.

  2. Remote Viewing:

    • Once the video doorbell's Wi-Fi is successfully connected, you can use Wi-Fi or mobile data on your phone as needed.
    • To remotely view the doorbell video via mobile web, ensure that the wireless router or access point connected to the doorbell is also connected to Ethernet.
