Titanium Mobile App || Resolution changes to lower resolution ||
The resolution drop is influenced by the mobile service quality at the user's location. For example, if the customer has only one or two bars on their phone and wants to view the cameras on the app, the streaming resolution will be lowered to ensure a better streaming experience.
If the user chooses to turn off this feature and they are in an area with low service, attempting to view the cameras on the app might result in long loading times and a choppy stream. There is also a possibility that the stream may not load at all.
1. Click the multi square icon on the left side corner.
2. Click on Local
3. Turn off Resolution Adaption
