Firmware Update for Recorders Below Version 1.2.9

This guide will walk you through the steps to upgrade your DVR/NVR safely and effectively. Upgrading involves risks, so please follow the instructions carefully.

Important Notes

Ensure that the upgrade is necessary for your device.
Verify that the firmware package matches your device model.
Do not power off the device during the upgrade.
For older device versions, contact technical support before upgrading directly to the latest version.

Firmware Upgrade Information for Titanium Recorders

Typically, you do not need to step-upgrade Titanium recorders unless specifically noted (e.g., upgrading from 1.2.x to 1.3.x might require special firmware). However, firmware versions 1.0.1, 1.0.2, and 1.0.3 will not accept the higher firmware versions directly. To work around this, you should first upgrade to 1.0.4 before proceeding to 1.2.x.
