Use this guide if you need help getting the device serial number using a MAC. If you already have the Serial number, please give it to the ENS Technician along with the current date of the camera.
First download EZ Station for MAC using this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/150Ya7MDvc4_imrhPiMOooUuGI3tCPfwN
- If you are using google chrome, you will be instructed to pick where you wish to install the .ZIP.
- If you are using Safari it will automatically install to your downloads.
- file type will change from .ZIP to .PKG
Double click the .PKG file. You will get a dialogue box stating that macOS cannot verify the file. Click "OK"
Open up the MACs "System Preferences" by clicking the Apple ICON located on the top bar of the desktop. Then click "System Preferences".
Navigate to "Security & Privacy". The ICON is a little grey house.
In the "General" tab, click the lock ICON located at the bottom left. Enter the Apple ID password, then click "Open anyway" next to the "EZStation...." dialogue located at the bottom of the window.
A dialogue box will pop up, click "Open"
Follow the installation steps on screen
Open EZStation located in Launchpad (APPS)
Follow the on screen prompts
If you get asked for a username / password, use admin:123456.
Once EZStation is loaded, a pop up of devices will automatically appear. Scroll down the list to find the device you wish to reset. Located next to the device you will see its serial number, please give that to the ENS Technician along with the cameras date.
