Akuvox General || How to check for “Input Trigger” logs on Door Phones
Akuvox door phones contact Door Locks which will help you determine what method was used to trigger the relay resulting in gaining access to a property.
Input Logs are only available in the devices Web User Interface. To access these logs, you will need to use one of two methods below:
1. Using Cloud Remote Control Accessed through the Installer Portal.

Go to the property where the door phone is added

Select “Intercom Devices”

Select under “Actions” the orange circle with “I” for info:

Click on Settings

You will be presented with the Settings dialog box where you can click on “Remote Control” to remotely access the doorphone.

2. Logging directly into the Local Graphical User Interface of the door phone.

While onsite, you can access the door phones user interface through a web browser from a PC connected to the Local Network.

Open a web browser and type in the IP address of the doorphone.

Log into the doorphone with your username and password. Default is “Admin/Admin”.

In the doorphone’s interface, navigate to “Door Logs” or “Access Logs”. Labeling may be different depending on the model of the doorphone. Typically under “Status > Access Logs” “Phone > Device > Door Log” or “Device > Door Logs”.
