How to mass import Main tenant and Family members/ sub users:
If you want to batch import master accounts and sub-accounts, this function is only supported within the “PM” Property Manager Login account and not the Akuvox Installer account.
You can download the excel template in the Property Manager Login > Resident > Import Resident > Download Import Template. NOTE: Do not edit the headers as these are required for the portal to recognize and build out these users.
All required fields are marked with a red triangle in the header field. If you hover your mouse here a drop down with instructions will appear.
Once your spreadsheet is completed, you can select the “Import Resident” in the same section you downloaded the template. If the spreadsheet is formatted correctly then the import will be successful. If there are any errors, you will receive a message of such errors to fix.
NOTE: If you copy/paste into the spreadsheet, be sure to double check that it doesn’t add any unnecessary spaces or characters as this will cause the import to fail.
