A092S Electronic Door Lock wiring with Fire Alarm

These are instructions on how to wire in electronic locks with a Fire Alarm Trigger to provide an Unlock to all doors when there is an Active Fire Alarm.

We will utilize the A092S included General Relay (Aux Relay sits next to the AC breaker)

Relay Input on the A092S main board will be used to connect to the relay as seen in red below:

STEPS:

Main board "General" connections will go directly to the General Relay. All contacts labeled "General" on the relay will use these connections. (Relay contacts 6,9,10)

Fire Alarm Trigger will use "General GND" for its input and the other end (NO) contact will go into the relay's "11" contact. When the fire alarm is pulled it will provide the A092S General relay a Negative Ground signal to trigger this relay and cut power to both doors.

General Relay contacts "7 and 8" will require a wire to jump to the Main Board "12V" contacts on each Door card. This provides the "Door1-RelayB+ and Door2-RelayB+" 12vdc power.

General Relay contacts "1 and 2" will connect directly to the Magnetic Locks 12vdc + wire.

General Relay contacts "6 General Input E" will connect to the Main Board Relay Input "INPUT_E" terminal. This will allow the fire alarm trigger to cut all power to the Main Board.

Remaining connections for the Magnetic Lock will be the - Ground wire which will run to the Main Board Door contact "NC".

To complete the circuit a number will need to go from the Main Board "COM" to "GND".

At this point you can power on the A092S and pull the fire alarm to test. Power to the A092S itself and Magnetic Lock will be cut providing All Unlock and preventing any electronic access control until the Fire Alarm is reset.
