How to add Solar Camera on NVR through ISUP protocol

Fig 1: Under the same network segment (recommend)

We recommend that the camera and NVR be set in the same network segment before going to the site for installation, otherwise two people are required to operate in two places at the same time.

Fig 2: Under the different network segment

1. Connect the camera to the power supply + Network cable, turn the camera switch to ON and then insert the 4G SIM card. Upgrade the Solar camera and NVR to custom firmware[1]. Ensure the camera has a 4G Sim Card inserted and that the NVR is connected to the public network through the router.

[1]:For the way to obtain customized firmware, please contact the technical support in the corresponding area

2. Open SADP, find the NVR and Solar Camera and double-click to open it.

*If the devices are not at the same site, you can operate separately.

3. Open port mapping page of the router

4. In the NVR webpage> Network Setting> Copy the external port (port 80)[1] in NAT and the following 4 ports[2] in ISUP service setting

5. Port Mapping: Map these five ports on the router. The external port needs to be consistent with the internal port.

6. On the camera web page, first check whether the 4G connection is normal.

7. Configure the ISUP protocol on the web GUI of the camera. The server address is the external IP address of NVR. The port is the Proxy service port of NVR. The ID and the password of the camera can set it at will. If there are multiple cameras the ID should not be the same. Save after entering.

8. Go to the NVR web GUI, add a camera and select ISUP as the protocol.

9. Fill in the device ID and password that is set on NVR. Then enable the ‘Video Upload’ and set up the ‘Upload Interval’. The camera video in SD card can be uploaded to NVR in each interval period.

10. Refresh the page and the camera status should read Online.

11. In the Live View interface, the camera can now be previewed
