***Note: You must use Internet Explorer to view the system via web interface***
To access the web client, please use a Windows based PC and use Internet Explorer as the web browser.
Access the recorder’s web interface by typing in the IP address on the address bar of Internet Explorer. The path should look like the following: “http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” (Note: If the HTTP port has been changed from default, you will need to add the port number after the ip address by inserting a colon “:” in between the address and port number).

Install all requested web plugins that are prompted by Internet Explorer. Once installed, you may need to refresh, or restart the web browser. You may install the plugin by selecting “Run”.

You must enable Audio on the camera before you can enable thru the recorder. SETTING > CAMERA > Camera List.
Click on the blue highlighted webpage icon for the channel you are enabling Audio.
Log in and accept plugins. It will have you log in again after plugins are downloaded.
Go to "Setting".
Click on Camera > Audio. Here you will check off "Enable" for both Main and Sub Stream. Click "Save" when done.
After camera is enabled, you can know continue to enable audio in the recorder.
After logging into the system, select the Setting menu on the top left hand corner of the screen.
In the Setting menu, select Camera.
In the Camera menu, select Encode.
Menu > Settings > Encode > Audio/video > More. You will then mark the checkbox to enable audio.
After selecting the source, go back to the live view and preview the cameras. Select "Start Talk" on the bottom left corner to enable 2-way talk.
