Diamond Recorder || NVR/XVR Collect Debug Diagnostic Logs via USB || Local GUI

Plug a FAT32 or NTFS formatted USB drive into the recorder, then reboot the recorder. You do not need to select any action for the USB drive when the recorder prompts after bootup. The debug logs can take up several hundred MB a day in size so use a drive with plenty of space.

Let the recorder run and try to replicate the issue. After the data has been collected, the USB drive can be removed, mounted in a pc for file extraction, and sent to R&D.
