Select "Forgot Password?" from the login page.

Click the email field and enter your email address if you have not associated the recorder with an email address. If your recorder has an email associated with it, you will not see this step. You will be prompted that the recorder will collect the Serial Number, MAC Address, and Email address to verify the validity of the request. Click ok, then next.

On DMSS go to Me > Tool Manager > Device Password Management and scan the QR code on this page. You will receive a confirmation that the security code will be delivered. The email address is censored, but will display part of it to let you know which email it was associated with.

Enter the security code in the empty field and click "Next"

Enter the new password and re-type in the confirm password field. Click Ok.

You will receive a confirmation if the reset was successful.

Note: You do not need internet access at the recorder to perform the password reset.
