Before contacting Technical Support for a password reset on your Titanium NVR, please ensure you have the following:
Ensure that the system is logged out before attempting a password reset.
Click on the icon located in the lower left-hand corner of the screen and select "Login".
On the login screen, click "Retrieve Password".
If the security question is not set up or you prefer another method, click on "Dynamic Password."
If you have set up a security question, you may answer it to unlock the device.
Provide all the information displayed on the Dynamic Password page. It is crucial that every detail is accurate, including capital letters for the MAC address, colons, spaces, etc. Once you provide this information to a technician, they will generate a code for you.
Enter the code provided by the technician, which will be a mix of numbers and capital letters, on the last line of the Dynamic Password page.
