ENS Recorder || Password Reset (CONTACT REQUIRED)

Password Reset Using SADP Tool or Batch Tool

You can reset your ENS branded or compatible device password using either the SADP Tool or the Batch Tool. Follow the steps below for each method.

Select the Device

  • In SADP/Batch, checkmark the device that requires a password reset.
  • Click on "Forgot Password".

 

Export the Reset File

  • In the "Reset Password" window, click on "Export" and select a location to save the reset file.

 

Contact ENS Security

  • Reach out to ENS Security’s technical support department or your sales representative.
  • Send them the exported reset file for assistance with the password reset.

How to Import the Reset File and Set a New Password

Import the Reset File

  • Open the SADP Tool or Batch Tool.
  • Click on the folder icon in the "Reset Password" window.
  • Select the reset file that ENS Security technical support sent back to you.

 

Enter a New Password

  • In the "New Password" field, type the desired new password.
  • Re-type the new password in the "Confirm Password" field to ensure it matches.
