Option 1:

Once inserting the USB to the back of the recorder the device should be automatically found by the recorder allowing you to choose what type of backup you would like to download.

Proceed by clicking on the file backup for video recordings. And select time Channel, date, time Type and whether main stream or sub stream. Choose the settings in question

Select the desired Device Source

Once it has been searched there will be a channel or channels that populate Channel Type with size of file and the ability to play and verify that it has the correct settings. If everything is correct then select the box that meet the desired specifications.

Select the folder

You will receive the remaining time at 0.0 and will be downloaded to USB.

If done properly the files will show on usb and on computer:

Option 2:

From the Full screen view of the cameras right click and select Main Menu

Once in Main Menu select Search

Once in Search select Date, camera or cameras, and time.

• Time will be adjusted by clicking on the bottom time bar> clicking the scissors to begin the time> then click once more on the time bar> clicking the scissors once more selects the end time

Once desired date time and camera are selected, select Save represented by a Floppy Disk. This will open the page where the user would select on the USB being as well as the channels to download. Select Backup

Select the folder that the footage will be stored in. and Select Start

If done correctly the files on both the recorder and a Computer will show up in the Picture seen Below
