Akuvox General || How to Setup Land Line Speed Dial on Door Phones
Configuring Akuvox X915, X916 model Door Phones to call a landline using the Receptionist speed dial on the home screen.
For landline function, please log into your Akuvox Installer Cloud Account to enable this feature.
**Prerequisite: Landline is a premium feature and needs to be enabled for each project, valid landline phone number to be dialed and Akuvox devices have to be registered to the sip account.
1. Landline Feature (Enabled)
2. Project and community/office users have to already be populated
3. A valid landline phone# has to be entered in the "Landline" field for the user or line to be called
NOTE: A "0" needs to be added to all Landline numbers that are entered into Door Phones to speed dial. IE. "018885552233"

Door Phone Reception Speed Dial Setup:
1. Log into the X915, X916 web ui by launching a web browser on your computer and entering the ip address to the door phone.
2. Navigate to "Settings > Key/Display > Key In Homepage Of The Building Theme > Pick Index 4 > Enter the title of the speed dial button in the "Label" field (Reception, Front Desk, etc.)
3. Select the "Type" dropdown to "Speed Dial"
4. Enter the valid Landline phone number that you want the speed dial button to call with a "0" in front of the number. Also make sure this number is associated with a user already setup on the Akuvox Cloud Account for this project. ie: (018885556666).
5. Make sure to "Submit" your changes then test.
