Akuvox General || How to set up users

Access the Web Portal for your Akuvox device

  • Device must be on the same network as the computer you are logging in from.

  • Default UserName: admin

  • Default Password: admin

  • Depending on the device, the login screen may look different.

Different AKUVOX devices will have the option to add users in different places.

 

Intercom > User (R20 / R27 / R29)

Access Control > User (E12)

Directory > User (for Access Control devices like A01/A02)

 

 

Click the option to “ADD” a user. Pictured below is an example for the A02.

 

 

 

Fill out the user information. Add RF Cards and PIN numbers (some Akuvox devices will not have the option for PIN numbers). Example below is from the A02.

 

 

Click on submit at the bottom of the page to save user.

 

After clicking submit, the device will show the user’s information on the users list.
