Akuvox Local || How to Configure Web Relay on the Indoor Monitor

Scenario

When you can connect the web relay to the indoor monitor if you can control door unlock on the indoor monitor directly.  This article helps you walk through the process for the web relay configuration on the indoor monitor

 

Operation Instruction

 

  1. This article is applicable to all models of the Akuvox Indoor monitor.

 

Operation Procedure

 

  1. On the web interface, navigate to
    1. Phone > Relay > Web Relay
    2. Device > Relay > Web relay  （for C319, X933）
    3. Phone  > Relay > WebRelay Setting ( for C313)
  2.  Enter the IP address of the web relay
  3.  Enter the web relay's password and username for authentication.

On the C313 indoor monitor, you are required to select the web relay action to be carried out.

     4. scroll down to Web Relay Action Setting for the web relay action setting.

Note

C313 Web relay action setting is different from other indoor monitors. See below

a. if you do not fill in IP address in the IP Address Field above,  fill in the HTTP command. 

b. if you have already filled in the IP address above, fill in the omitted HTTP command, eg. state.xml?relayState=2.

Note

Web relay action is an HTTP command, for example, "state.xml?relayState=2＂ You can find the HTTP command in the web relay manual.

   For C313, Fill in HTTP command web relays action provided by the web relay manufacturer.
