Log into the system.
Once logged in, move the mouse to the top center area and click the “arrow-like” button for the main menu access.
In the Main Menu, select the storage tab.
After selecting the Storage menu, select the Event tab.
When selecting the Event tab, select the Smart Event tab.
When in the Smart Event tab, you will need to select the camera that is needed for line crossing setup. Then select the “Line Crossing” tab. Please note that only ENS line IPC supports Line Crossing VCA will show a “Line Crossing” tab.
On the Line Crossing page, you will be able to draw a line intrusion as wanted. You may determine the direction of the line as well as the Max./Min. Size of object in the scene for the detection. Make sure to enable Line Crossing Detection by marking the checkbox.
You may also modify the schedule of motion detection under “Arming Schedule” tab.
Then you may enable the optional reactions along with the line crossing triggering, such as send email, buzzer, or trigger local alarm output, under Linkage Action tab.
