ENS Recorder || Unbind Platform Access

 

Unbinding through ENS Vision / Guarding Vision may not work unless you are on the same network when it was first set up.

You can also try to get the original account it is bound to and unbind from there.

 

*unbind is unavailable through webgui*

 

To unbind through local gui go into system > network > advanced > platform access

From there you will see a QR code and an unbind button above it.

 

  • Unbind


 

Enter device password


 

  • Device will be [unlinked]

If the recorder does not have an unbind option and is unable to get access to the original account, please contact tech support for assistance.
