Titanium Recorder || Firmware updates for NVR/DVR with current firmware 1.2.9 or below

Typically you do not need to step-upgrade Titanium recorders unless noted. (e.g. 1.2.x-1.3.x requires a special firmware)

However, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, and 1.0.3 will not accept the higher firmware's. To work around this please upgrade to 1.0.4, then update to 1.2.x.

Instructions:

Obtain the firmware by downloading it: Titanium - Google Drive

Extract all files.

Connect a USB drive to the computer and format it as FAT32.

Remove all files from Firmware folder and transfer all the contents to the USB drive. (All filles need to be out of the folder)

Transfer the Force file onto the USB drive.

Safely eject the USB drive from your computer.

Power down the NVR/DVR.

Insert the USB drive into the recorder's front port.

Turn on the recorder. The update process will commence, which might take varying amounts of time. Do not remove the USB drive during this process, as it could potentially damage the device.
When the system begins rebooting after the update is complete, remove the USB drive.
