Titanium Recorder || How to find the correct firmware for NVR/DVR ||

The model number, current firmware version and chipset will be needed. Login to the NVR or DVR.

Function Panel --> System.

Information --> Basic --> About this machine. Take note of the model number.

Make note of Firmware version and chipset. (This is an example of an NVR. If it's a DVR, the chipset will begin with "D")

Go to the website: https://enssecurity.com/

Support --> Downloads

Double click on Firmware

Double click on Titanium 
image.png


Double Click on NVR or DVR
image.png


Locate the NVR/DVR chipset and double click.

Latest firmware will be located in the "New" folder. Any previous versions will be in the "Old" folder.
