Titanium Recorder || Unable to find fls file for web upgrade
Windows may interfere with the browse->upgrade function and not allow the user to select the file for upgrade
To correct this:
Close Internet Explorer
Right click the Internet Explorer Icon
Right click the smaller Internet Explorer icon
Select Run as Administrator
